I've deleted the ispell dictionaries I've installed from the Athena
version of the sipb locker, and put rules in the .rconf file to ignore
them. I've also replaced the ispell shell script with a link to
/usr/athena/bin/ispell, so that if people run /mit/sipb/bin/ispell,
they'll get a version of ispell, even if it's one with the small
dictionary rather than the big one.
I don't think the dictionary is an important enough service to go to
any effort to get it into the Athena version of the locker.
