I created groups system:authuser@andrew.cmu.edu and
system:authuser@cs.cmu.edu so people in those realms can now create a
pts ID for themselves and then be put on acls in the sipb AFS cell.
If anyone can think of other sites that:
1) have AFS, and
2) have a shared key with Athena
then all that needs to happen to to create a group system:authuser@cell-name
(where cell-name is in LOWERCASE), and then assign it a groupquota.
I used a value of 500, so that each cell can have 500 people give
themselves ids.
