FYI, on Friday night, rosebud's fileserver got confused, so that after
any client talked to it, it would print the message saying that your AFS
tokens had expired and give you system:anyuser privileges for anything
in the SIPB cell, not just on rosebud. "tokens" indicated that the
tokens were valid, and as long as you didn't reference anything on
rosebud, you would be able to win accessing files on ronald-ann.
Restarting the fileserver on rosebud solved the problem, and since no
salvage was necessary, there was no read-only outage apparent to users
of /mit/sipb.

I should have sent this out on Friday, but I forgot. Thanks to Derek
for reminding me about sending a note to sipb-afsreq.
