[676] in SIPB-AFS-requests
user volumes for nonexistent principals

The following SIPB members appear to have no Kerberos principal in the
ATHENA.MIT.EDU realm, although they have Athena hesiod information:
akonishi
barmar
dmc
dmk
hornig
york
Users dmc and dmk have hesiod filsys information pointing to
nonexistent directories in /afs/sipb.mit.edu/user. The other four have
valid filsys entries (valid user volumes), although the ACLs on their
homedirs don't allow any general access, so it's unlikely they're
somehow accessing their files as system:anyuser.
Do we want to do anything about this?
