I usually try (as hard as I can) not to do this, but....

This is getting VERY annoying. EVERY time the Athena AFS pts database
is rebuilt from moira, rcmd.ronald-ann is taken out of the group
system:gsipbbin. And every time this happens, the SIPB Locker doesn't
get replicated. And every time this happens, people start complaining
about inconsistencies between the two copies.
Marc Horowitz wrote code at DEC that will FIX THIS PROBLEM *last
summer*. I'm getting tired of every month having to find out that the
pts database was rebuilt and then have to find someone to manually add
in the proper id to the group. I shouldn't have to do this. It annoys
me, and it annoys the people I have to annoy to get it done. I don't
enjoy it, and I'm sure the people I annoy don't enjoy it either.
The solution: Get the AFS code.... The way to do this? According to
marc, all you have to do is call Transarc, since THEY are the ones
that have to get it from DEC. The all of these problems will quickly
disappear.
(I've compacted these lists to keep it shorter. Notice rcmd.ronald-ann in
the blanche info but NOT in the AFS database)
