Recently rcmd.ronald-ann was removed from system:gsipbbin
in the Athena AFS cell database. It was put in there so
that the SIPB could synchronize the two copies of the SIPB
Locker.
It seems to have been removed within the last two days or
so.
Since moira does not contain the functionality of adding arbitrary
kerberos instances to groups, could someone please re-add
rcmd.ronald-ann to the acl.
