The sipb2 account, which was temporarily assigned to Ken Garges last
week before the garges account existed, is ready for cleanup with
/afs/sipb/project/guests/clean_dir.csh.
The garges directory is currently available only in /afs/.sipb/user,
not in /afs/sipb/user. Once this is changed, his Hesiod filsys
information presumably needs to be updated (it currently points to
TALOS.MIT.EDU:/u3/lockers/garges).
EC: I added more details about this account (e.g., his primary e-mail
address) to /afs/sipb/admin/text/guest-accounts/guest-accounts. I also
added garges to group gsipb.
marc: this is yet another entry for the sample "qy gmol sipb-members"
listing in my mail of November 16
