Hmm. As far as I know, ronald-ann hasn't been updated since the
time I updated it to 7.2P (I think). Perhaps it is time for
someone to update it again. :-) As I recall, I didn't do
anything non-obvious to it. I reinstalled the machine as a
vanilla ws and used mkserv. As always, one must exercise
extreme caution when updating an AFS server to avoid making the
fsck mistake (which can be corrected, by the way with clri
lost+found, if I'm not mistaken).
