The first time through, it failed after writing 75 volumes (out of
255):
file_tm: code = -1, errno = 5
file_tm: I/O error Writing data
Error in receiving data
butm: tape I/O error
The second attempt worked fine, however. There were also two warnings
which occurred on both attempts:
backup:dsstub: bad dump header for dump 645703405
backup:dsstub: bad dump header for dump 673727502
