Client programs that have to coordinate changes with the databases must
know all the database servers. In other words, make sure
/usr/vice/etc/CellServDB is up-to-date on the machines you are running
these commands. (Neither rosebud nor ronald-ann have up-to-date
CellServDB files; I have fixed these two.)
