I'm trying to build something in the SIPB cell right now, and it's
being *really* slow on two separate machines in E40.
The directories I'm trying to access are /mit/sipbsrc/src/freeze,
/mit/sipbsrc/rt/freeze and /mit/sipbsrc/vax/freeze.
Is there something slowing down the cell?
