The person to whom to sipb3 guest account was issued is now finished
with it. It can now be cleaned out, as described in
/afs/sipb/project/guests/admin/HOW_TO_USE.
Also, it looks as if the sipb7 account was never cleaned out, although
its use seems to have been completed over two months ago.
Finally, the MANPATH set for all of the sipbN guest accounts appears
to be obsolete as of release 7.3. The patch attached below might
be used to update this.
