jfc pointed out that sipbsrc had a bunch of files owned by #32766,
which is the uid of "anonymous". This means that any user could have
taken admin priviliges in any directory owned by this user. Since I
don't like root owned files, I chowned them to myself. If you notice
any files owned by this uid, please send mail to sipb-afsreq asking to
have it corrected. Thanks.
Note: Who owns a directory in AFSland doesn't matter except for the
question of who owns the root directory of a volume. So what you did
didn't make any difference. On the other hand, if you find any root
directories owned by 32766, that is something which should be fixed.
