I think Jay's point was that if we create a sipbnews key, then there
are two advantages:
1) a person can kinit as this key from anywhere and do stuff as that
service.
That makes sense. There's a trade off with loss of accountablilty.
How many people know the password and do you forget about it in a year.
2) The service can be moved or shared between servers w/o changing the
acl.
That's what groups are for.
