Both E and F are known to be flakey.  Both failed at some point when I 
was working on them last... 

I haven't caught up on sipb-afs yet, so please excuse me if this was
discussed, but how about just putting all the read-only's on E and F, and 
all the read-write's on A, B, C and D?
