I raised the same concerns talking to Andrew in person. Because of
the necessity of getting AFS backups done, I think that
system:administrators in the sipb cell is probably the least "per
capita qualified" of all the SIPB magic bits lists.
Now, those of you who know my views about magic bits know that I
believe in spreading the magic around, rather than restricting it to
an elite few. However, that can be taken too far. And I have a
feeling that giving rls backup access is going to far. No offense
against her personally, but I don't think she's qualified for it.
