I had marc create a volume with a 3 meg quota for use in developing
foreign language documentation and resources. I have volunteered to be
responsible for the project. Some of the things which I plan to
include:
o TeX support for foreign language documents, including hyphenation tables
and .sty files.
o elisp stuff for entering iso-latin-1 alphabets in epoch, which now
supports 8-bit characters.
o A german word list and ispell program to go with it (eventually).
o Documentation for general users on foreign language support on Athena.
I am just starting this, and I will be soliciting for suggestions, so
feel free to hose my mailbox with constructive ideas.
