info-afs is not for reporting bugs.  It is for discussion about AFS.
I would ask "has anybody seen this, could you explain it?" and if
consensus determined it was a bug, I would have reported it to bugs.
I don't even know what the official channel for afs bugs is.  Sending
to afs-bugs would be very similar to having a conversation over -i
help or -i watchmaker to try and get an explanation for some behavior.

I know what the correct bug-reporting procedures around here are, so
stop flaming, jik.
