I don't think we should be adding stuff to /usr/sipb/lib/tex/macros
unless we are willing to support it.  The idea of contrib stuff is
that we provide a place for people we think are reasonably competent
to put stuff we think other people will find useful.  Quality control
will probably be limited to keeping track of the acl.  For instance,
is it appropriate to put problem set cover sheets in
/usr/sipb/lib/tex/macros?

Why didn't you complain earlier?  I think if we limit ourselves to
1.5-2 meg per locker, we won't have significant space problems.

I asked for a perl locker five months ago.  I'd rather not wait for
athena for creating lockers.  Quite frankly, I don't trust athena to
maintain a moderated contribution archive.
