Is it time to move the discuss locker into the sibp afs cell (or
that athena one)?  If so, the hesiod pointer can be changed when
ready... 

(I'm trying to decrease the number of things that I have to
attach at login.  If this goes through, I'll be down to just
paris:source :-) )
