Do we want to consider having an /afs/sipb/contrib heirarchy? I'm
saying this now because I'm seeing lots of good emacs stuff in the new
emackers discuss meeting, and it would be nice to have it in some
common place. /usr/sipb/lib/elisp really isn't appropriate, athena's
potluck is full, and putting five or six people's homedir's into my
load-path doesn't sound great to me. So, I'd like to create an
/afs/sipb/contrib/emacs volume. Comments?
