There are a number of volumes that are broken in this way. I
sent mail to sipb-afsreq about it. This happened when warlord
replaciated a lot of previously unreplcated volumes so the fact
that they were readonly suddenly mattered. I will be fixing
these all at once in the near future, but for now, I'll fix
those two specifically.
