No, this wasn't part of my "supreme fumble" - this was quite
intentional. Certainly until everything starts working well, access
for system:administrators to people's home directories is a useful
thing. Once things start working well, we can either remove this
access entirely (in which case there is no "back door" into people's
home directories, ala the current sac), or leave it and keep
system:administrators a small group (which is probably a good idea
anyway -- AFS volume administration is not all that easy yet).
