There are several SIPB members who hack C++ regularly and there is no
common place to work. (Athena's c++ locker is really a cfront
locker). I suggest we create /afs/sipb/project/C++. Things that I
think might go there:
o useful classes written by sipb members built for both g++ and cfront
(it's complicated to have both of these built in /mit/sipb/@syslib,
for example)
o hacked-on versions of cfront, g++, etc
o interesting c++ development projects that have no where else to live
