[300] in SIPB-AFS-requests

Well, I just finished updating ronald-ann to 7.1H. The update
went without a hitch except for when I managed to change the
afs.sipb.mit.edu key and lose the new one. (One call to Tom
Coppeto fixed this..)
Here is a summary of what I did:
Backed up all .conf and .local files
Backed up srvtab, .klogin, root's . files
Gave ronald-ann real cluster information in moira to avoid the need
for named.local
Looked over ronald-ann's customizations and determined that the only
one necessary in 7.1 was xntpd.
Backed up /etc/passwd
Backed up /etc/fstab
Updated workstation
Recopied vfsck to fsck
Ran mkserv remote afs
Ran ksrvutil change to update srvtab and asetkey to update KeyFile
Reinstalled xntpd by copying in the binary and /etc/ntp.conf
