RA is running awfully close to full these days. Isn't there a lot of
cruft that doesn't need to be around? Is project/newsipb still
needed? project/newwebster? Do we still have two copies of the
webster dictionary laying around? It's hard for me to do an analysis
of disk usage because the net is flakey; perhaps someone else with
some time could look over the current usage?
