Btc, binkley, portnoy, steve, and yaz have been updated to 7.1H, and
customizaztions on them restored.
Note that I did not restore the fuzzball Athena logo. I decided
it's getting boring.
I didn't do oliver because it's currently powered down. I didn't do
the DECstations.
All of the changes made to the workstations are in /site/CHANGES.
Also, see ~jik/office-machines, which is readable by gsipb. It should
probably be moved into the SIPB AFS cell somewhere, hence the CC to
sipb-afsreq.
