Everything in terms of operation of the cell is the same as it
was in 3.0B which is what it was running before. The only
changes on the server (other than new binaries) is a lisence
file (in /usr/afs/etc/Lisence). This file must be present for
the server to run and must be copied to any other hosts that are
to be afs servers at MIT. It is identical to those on the
athena, soup, testers, bet, and rel-eng cells. You can use the
same clients you've been using.
