While the VLDB contains entries for RO sites of project.tex, the RO
volumes themselves don't seem to exist. I'm not sure if they ever did.
I'm not sure if the process which auto-releases volumes releases
volumes based on the VLDB or on the prior existence of a .readonly
volume. If the case is the former, then something is broken. If it
is the latter, then either something is broken, or Chad messed up and
never originally released project.tex (this seems to be the state in
[2225]).
Whichever the cause may be, I'd appreciate it being fixed...
