nightly releases not happening!

No one has updated /var/local/sync/release.sh on ra to release volumes
on rc. Volumes on rc are not being released nightly, unless they are
being released because there is also a RO on another server. I would
have updated the script, but I could not find the copy in AFS, does
anyone know where it is? (or the other stuff in /var/local/sync on ra
for that matter.)
