I rebooted ra at about 2:30, as planned. It came up back after only a
few minutes, and didn't salvage. We didn't have any unexpected
outages today.

I've run Mike's ss.afs script to install AFS software on reynelda,
cleaned up after the (minor) damage it caused, and rebooted reynelda.
I've set restarts to Sunday at 6am on reynelda, created a fileserver
instance using two partitions on the Micropolis 4GB disk, and created
disk.reynelda.a and disk.reynelda.b volumes.

Plans (to see if anyone has objections):

	* Tomorrow, I will move all the data off ronald-ann f and g
onto reynelda a and b, and remove the disk volumes for
ronald-ann f and g. I will also schedule an outage (Friday
night, I think) to remove the 4GB Seagate disk from
	  ronald-ann.

	* I will then call R^2 for (another) replacement Seagate 4GB
disk. The replacement disk will go on reynelda's first SCSI
bus (the Micropolis disk is on the second bus).

	* We want to start running db servers on reynelda.
	  Considerations:

		- reynelda will become the sync site as soon as it
starts running db servers and there is an election.

		- When reynelda becomes the sync site, clients will be
unable to perform vlserver and ptserver update
operations unless they have reynelda in the
		  CellServDB.

		- If clients have reynelda in the CellServDB, they
will have a 1/3 chance of timing out when they first
try to access the sipb cell until reynelda is
		  running db servers.

Therefore, I think the plan should be:

		- Add reynelda to the Athena CellServDB and send mail
to the appropriate Transarc list announcing the
		  change.

		- Add reynelda to the server CellServDB on ronald-ann
and rosebud (using bos addhost, of course), and
restart the db servers on those machines.

		- Start running db servers on reynelda. I don't know
the full procedure for adding a db server
(specifically, getting the existing vlserver and
ptserver information onto the new server), so I have
to learn that or someone else needs to do this part.

		- After most Athena client machines have updated to
the new CellServDB (a week or so), force an election
to make reynelda the sync site. This may happen on
its own sooner than we want it to.

The first three steps should happen at about the same time,
to avoid making clients time out. They should happen after
the 4GB Seagate disk is removed from ronald-ann.
