Hi,
Why can't IS&T create a homedir in the Athena cell like usual for these
sponsored accounts? It's highly unusual to have a SIPB cell homedir as the
primary homedir for an account. Not to mention usually a SIPB cell homedir
is a privilege you get when you become a key holder.
