Actually, I didn't even know the tss stuff existed. I've been working
in project/charon, which has only the things we're going to want
to migrate to the new charon. tss can go away, as much as I care.
I would suggest waiting until after the 15th and the Charon
migration to do major cleanup. The space issue on Ronald-Ann can hold
until then, if we keep an eye on it.
Disk usage increases to fill available space.
