In the interest of clearing some space in the sipb filesystem,
/usr/sipb/lib/recipes is now a symbolic link to
/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/sipbsrc/src/lib/recipes.
In the interest of reducing the *size* of project.sipbsrc (81 Meg?!?), I
propose to create a new volume to be mounted in /afs/sipb/project/recipes
and move all of the recipies into there. Any objections?
