Moving the Seagate to ronald-ann

I want to move the Seagate external 4GB disk from rosebud to
ronald-ann, for two reasons:

1. I want to find out once and for all if this is a SCSI controller
problem or a disk or system limitation problem.

2. If it works, it puts us in a more stable situation (we can start
using extra disk space).

If putting the 4GB disk on ronald-ann works, we'll still be left with
the Micropolis problem. Replacing the system board on rosebud might
help; if we still have a problem after doing that, we can probably
wait until winter break and replace the Micropolis disk in two steps
(we probably won't have the extra space to empty out a 4GB disk at
that point, so we'd have to add the swap disk, transfer the data onto
it, and remove the old disk). The ten-day RMA deadline gives us
plenty of time for that.

I will wait until this evening for objections (until I get back from
helping Andrea and Heather move), and then schedule an outage for
3:00am tomorrow night (Monday morning). (You can still object after
that, of course.)
