I copied the perl 4.036 installation that's used on charon and
bloom-picayune to /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/lib/perl on ronald-ann
and rosebud, and modified /usr/local/bin/afs2sl.pl to use this version
instead. This eliminates the use of /afs/athena/contrib/perl/perl,
a possible reliability and/or security concern.
