Trying not to sound presumptuous, I would like to have myself added to
system:administrators in the sipb cell. I've been around when stuff
needed doing and no one else was around to do it (rearranging volumes
to unfill partitions, adding users to the protection database, etc),
and I think that I have the experience from running the watch cell.
If one of you wants to quiz me on afs maintenance, that's ok with me.
