I've removed myself (jtkohl) from sipb:system:administrators, leaving
jtkohl.root on, and exchanged jtkohl for jtkohl.root in
Ronald-Ann:/usr/afs/etc/UserList.
[I thought UserList dealt with unauthenticated stuff; how then does a
<foo>.root on that list work?]
UserList is used for access checking by bosserver, volserver, and
vlserver.
system:administrators is used for access checking by the fileserver
and ptserver.
