I created qjb.root in the sipb cell and replaced qjb with
qjb.root on system:administrators.  I gave qjb the id 65536 +
2301 instead of 10002301 as the jtkohl and wesommer did, though,
so that files I created with qjb.root's tokens would be owned
by the unix user qjb.
