Could about 50 meg (preferably a little more, but we can clean up) be
allocated to a volume mounted as /afs/sipb/project/discuss? We also
would need system:discuss updated from Athena, and made owner of that
volume.
I can take care of filling in the contents from charon once the volume
has been set up....
