Really wanted to give 5 stars but just couldn't. I got the rib eye steak, baked tator and side salad with blue cheese added to it. They cooked almost... Great place!..Had the Ribeye, Baked Potato and Onion Rings...Tasty and affordable!..Ask for Lindsey, She delivers great service!! The Settles Hotel is a diamond in the rough West Texas landscape. It has been restored to its glory and is beautiful. ....The restaurant is really nice.... If you find yourself in Lamesa, Texas and your stomach begins a rumblin, follow the weeds as they are a tumblin. Straight for this little hole in the wall...
