I added rosebud2 to the server CellServDB files on rosebud and
ronald-ann, bos restarted the server processes on those machines, and
then bos created the appropriate servers on rosebud2.
So, right now rosebud2 is running all the appropriate servers, and
will be ready for migration to start. It also means that we have
three servers for quorum, so taking any one machine down will not lose
the cell. So, when we add the disks tomorrow, things will not break
when rosebud2 comes down.
