I'd prefer that we remove the "ops 1.10" from /var/server/.services;
otherwise, any time mkserv is run on the machine (updates, etc.) it
will go back to being MRUPDATE=true, and also any local changes to
inetd.conf or nsyslog.conf will be lost. We may want to put parts of
ops.add and ops.sync into a separate mkserv script that's more
appropriate for sipb machines, at some point.
I'd also recommend NOREMOTE=true (it's currently false), just to be
safe in case someone sets up telnet access at some later time...
