I don't have too many more details for restoring service. It seems like the
time was spent in the following large chunks
Determining it was a disk problem
Verifying waxwing's srvtabs were blown away
removing the disks
AIX reinstall
making sure the rosebud customizations were re-installed
Overall things went well, but slowly (which is not bad since nothing bad
happened becasue of lack of though).
Matt or Greg: anything else to add ?
