You have been removed from system:administrators and SUsers in the
sipb cell. You created nocturne.root with an id of 10008979, which,
among other things, goes contrary to established practice of
null-instance-id + 65536. We should have a policy about these
sorts of things, but you really shouldn't add yourself without asking.
