I am working on rebuilding the sipb locker from scratch; right now,
I am doing the VAX tree, but when that's done, and I've got it working
well, I will most likely move on to the rest of the locker.
I would like a volume in which to install the rebuilt binaries so
that I don't have to install them in the real sipb locker without
knowing whether or not they really work.
The volume should probably be called project.newsipb.
The size of the sipb locker in the Athena cell is 80 meg; I doubt
that the sipb cell can afford that, so I'd settle for about 30 meg,
which should be enough to build and install first the vax, then the
rt, then the mips, then (if I decide to do it) the NeXT trees, without
keeping them all in the volume at the same time.
