Is there any reason that we don't want to use some of the space on the the
internal disk of ronald-ann (and the future maxine AFS server) for AFS
service.

What I propose is a 130 M partition on rz2 that is used only for readonly
volumes (like srvd-like things and project.tcsh and others).

Objections ? Comments ? 

For Reference: prill, orf, hydra, charybdis, maeander, and scylla in the
athena cell all use their local disks.
