I just updated hodge-podge to 7.7. Several things should be noted:
* /usr/afs and /usr/local have been moved to /var/usr in order
to prevent bashing by update scripts. Appropriate symlinks
have been made.
* /etc/athena/reactivate has been edited to change all
references to access_off to access_on. This should prevent
any future occcurences of the problem where hodge is not
remotely accessible for the typical fraction of a second
between when rectivate ran access_off and when
reactivate.local ran access_on. In addition, the old
procedure problaly would not have worked under the new release
anyway, since reactivate now only runs reactivate.local if the
reactivation is a full reactivate.
