We should update the fileserver binary on ronald-ann to the new one,
which supports writes from stock Transarc clients. When probe was
asked whether we could get a new one for rosebud, he said he hasn't
spent the time to get the RS6000 stuff together and built.
This should create a trivial outage (bos restart), so we can do it
just about any time during non-peak hours. This weekend seem okay?
