W20 took a massive power surge, and knocked out half the cluster, a ups
for three afs servers, dt, hodge-podge, rtfm, bed, beacon, charon, and
sipb-server-{1,2,3}. They are all currently back up and happy,
although some needed gentle persuasion to boot.
Total lost: and hour and a half of my time, some of greg's, and the
news temporary batchfile for cygnus.
